No one knows baltic porter as good as polish beer geeks do, so when our friends from the polish craft beer bar JABEERWOCKY wanted to brew a baltic porter with us, of course we said hell yeah! This is a big lush beer. Sweet, strong, sexy and inviting. Barrell aged to bring even more complexity.

Raven black stuff with a thin head Ok intensity in the aroma. Not to much oak Solid body and a mellow carbonation level Balanced sweetness for a beer like this Oak, dark malt, licorice and coffee in the flavor [On tap @ source]

No head, just some bubbles. Aroma is slightly dry sour-ish boozy, oak, cognac, dark malts, minerals, hay, toast, bark, paper, sour coffee, sawdust, spices, grass. Taste is slightly dry sour-ish boozy, minerals, oak, aquavit, grass, licorice, dark malts, bark, hay, paper, spices, hints of sour coffee. Medium to longlasting bitterness, slightly watery and harsh boozy mouthfeel. Fair enough.
