33cl Fles van Drankgigant. Amber kleur, witte kraag. Typisch De Ranke moutprofiel, zacht, bloemig, fors bitter, licht zepig, licht geparfumeerd, wat citrus, heerlijke mout- én hopbittere finish. Lichte tot medium body. Wat een superbieren maakt deze brouwerij toch.

Noe tåkete brun farge med hvitt skum. Lukter malt, humle og litt fruktig. Noe sitrus og grape i smak. Lett bitter avslutning.

Bottle. Pours slightly hazy golden woth stable off-white head. Clear aroma of hops and flowers, with estery notes and touches of malt. Bitter, hoppy flavour with estery and malty touches and floral hints. Lingering bitter aftertaste with estery touches and hints of fruit and flowers. Decent. I had expected a more C-hoppy taste, given the style.

Bottle, 6%. Refreshing fruity and sweetish hop aroma. Cloudy light amber colour. Big stable creamy white head. The flavour is quite bitter. Not balanced very much by maltiness or sweetness. Yeasty finish. Good mouthfeel. Much more Belgian than American.

33cl bottle from Bierwinkel De Hopduvel in Gent. F: big, egg-white, good retention. C: deep gold to amber, hazy. A: green banana, herbal, floral, peach, honey touch, bit yeasty. T: medium body, pear, red apples peels, banana, prominent long lasting harmonic bitterness with herbal touch, soapy, bit bready, spicy touch, medium to high carbonation, nice bitter as I like it, enjoyed for sure.

Sweet and dry malts, heavy grainy, very lovely. Evil MF boterham. Very much alcoholic zacht bruin broodje. Juicy, clean fresh water. Tasty. Amer amer amer ik wil je in m’n kamer.(( Boom boom booooom..)) Ranke Bitter Kings & dead yeast cells reprazent.

Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a long duration, fruity yeast, belgian yeast, sweet fruit, pale malt, yeast, peppery, hop bitter, yeast bitter.
