In our search for sour-bitter combinations, we infused a beer, barrel aged for about a year,
with dried wormwood flowers from our garden. The beer itself was brewed with barley malt,
raw wheat and aged hops.

0,75l from bottle at Gebrande Winning event. Orange lightly hazy color, small white head. Smells earthy, spices, black pepper, grassy, very nice smell. Medium body, soft carbonation, slick mouthfeel. Tastes grassy, earthy, light elder flower, black pepper, herbal. Finishes dry and light to medium sour with notes of grass, herbal and peppery notes. Very very nice one 8, 4, 8, 4, 16
