Bottle shared. A bit yellow to light orange color, average sized white head. Aroma and flavor are, well, it tastes like fanta lemon to me. Hmm odd. Didn't expect that. Okay, fanta lemon isn't bad but odd as a beer. 7-6-6-6-6
Tartish and herbal with hints of sourness and funky farmyardy notes.

Backlog. Hazy yellow with white head. Hay, straw, some herbs, earthy leather, citrus. Slight bitterness, especially lingering towards the end.

0,75l bottle at home. Vintage 2021. BB 30.02.2023. amber clear color, small white head. smells herbal, funky, vinous, oak, grassy, pomelo, nice smell. full body, soft carbonation. tastes herbal, peppery, pomelo, grassy, bit leathery, bit vinous, grassy, tobacco, spices. finishes lightly dry and medium bitter with notes of herbs, grass and pomelo notes. rather intense, but I quite like it, very refreshing to drink, probably not for everyone.

Flaska från Samuel 214. Tack! Aningen disig gyllenfärgad med vitt skum. Mycket fin doft. Toner av halm, malört, funk, citruszest, bitterört och funk. Mjuk och fin kropp och samtidigt riktigt torr. Toner av fat, druvstjälkar, kryddiga inslag, citruszest. Lång bitter eftersmak. Mycket gott.

This one might benefit from some aging, but still nice. Cheers guys!
Herbal and bitter
Paired with four different dishes. I absolutely love this beer. The balanced tartness, funk and oak of the base beer complemented by the herbal bitterness of the wormwood is just lovely. Pairs beautifully with fine food.
