In our search for sour-bitter combinations, we infused a beer, barrel aged for about a year,
with dried wormwood flowers from our garden. The beer itself was brewed with barley malt,
raw wheat and aged hops.

Paired with four different dishes. I absolutely love this beer. The balanced tartness, funk and oak of the base beer complemented by the herbal bitterness of the wormwood is just lovely. Pairs beautifully with fine food.
