0,75l bottle at home. Vintage 2021. BB 30.02.2023. amber clear color, small white head. smells herbal, funky, vinous, oak, grassy, pomelo, nice smell. full body, soft carbonation. tastes herbal, peppery, pomelo, grassy, bit leathery, bit vinous, grassy, tobacco, spices. finishes lightly dry and medium bitter with notes of herbs, grass and pomelo notes. rather intense, but I quite like it, very refreshing to drink, probably not for everyone.
Herbal and bitter
Veinine, mõru ja hapu, samas on ka taustal viinamarjane magusus (kuigi kirjelduse järgi viinamarju pole kasutatud). Mõrudus on siin huvitavalt herbaalne ja pigem mitte humalane. Hapusus meenutab tsitruse haput (midagi sidruni ja apelsini vahepealset). 4.4
