Inspired by some old Brabant tradition, this beer was brewed with barley malt, raw wheat and aged hops. It was turbid mashed, coolshipped, spontaneously fermented and aged in oak barrels for one year

From bottle @ Carnivale Brettanomyces. Golden color. Passion fruit and brett in the aroma. Thinnish, sour, citric bretty flavor.

Bottle. Unclear golden color with white head. Aroma is peach, herbal, lemon rind, some wood. Taste is herbal, peach, not too funky, grains and some jam. Oily mouthfeel with low carbonation. Good beer, but a bit too simple to be amazing.

Bottle from the brewery. Hazy murky golden colour, some foam. Tart nose, lemony, bit herbal, some fruity notes. Easy drinkable, refreshing and complex.

Bottle shared at Foeders, thanks! Fairly hazy golden with an off white head. Aroma of mineral, funk, oak and vinous notes. Flavour is above light sweet and moderate sour. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Bottle shared at Foeders. Hazy pale straw with white head. Sour wheat, funk, light hay, a hint of lemon, grass, dank cellar funk, white grapes. Medium sour, light sweet and bitter. Solid medium bodied. Very refreshing.

Sample on the first day of Carnivale Brettanomyces 2019. Pours a cloudy golden yellow colour. Aroma's are sour, funky, a bit weird (vomit) and herbal. Retronasal it's sourish, light sweet even, and a bit herbal. Flavour is mild sour with a hint of bitterness. Light bodied. Long finish with mild sourness.
