500ml bottle. Hazy, yellow-ish golden colour with average, frothy to macropore, rapidly fading, white head. Tart-ish, tangy, minimally fruity aroma, hints of sauerkraut, lactic acid, a weak, fruit acidic raspberry touch. Taste is dry, astringent, sour, lacitc, minimally fruity, notes of sauerkraut, a cautious touch of raspberry, with very subtle residual sweetness. More requickening than just refreshing, too sour for my liking.

Tap. Unclear straw-yellow color, white foam. Aroma: sour, fruity, berries. Taste: milk acid, raspberries and other berries, juicy, very refreshing.
