An experimental brew combining two styles and changing the direction of an IPA into a Belgian approach. The outcome is a flavoured beer carrying subtle citrus, tropical and stone fruit aromas. The taste is shaped by the Belgian yeast esters alongside the hops bitterness and tropical aromas, with soft malting and alcohol warmth.
One time brew with loads of hops and fermented with liquid Belgian yeast. Dry hopped for a boost of flavour.

Takie slabe, chlebowe skrzyzowanie barleywine z tmavym? Nie pasi specjalnie ale zle tez nie jest bo duzo cukru ;)
