Niby taki normals, ale malinki i kwasnosc intensywne, troszke kefirowe, bezpretensjonalne i chlalne. 3.4+ ;) mineralne posmaki, usto lekko sciaga kwasnoscia spora

Keg at Czesc, Warsaw, 14/07/19. Lightly hazed reddish pour with a faded crimson cap that dissipates to a swirl. Nose is tarte raspberries, straw, tangy berries, berry pips, damp wood. Taste comprises sharp berry fruits, sweet and soured berry compote, tangy berries, grass. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a puckering tang. Decent.
