Barleywine in its American edition is called "barley wine" - strong, essential, full of flavors and aromas that develop over time and with the heating of the drink in the glass. American hop varieties perfectly balance the sweetness of the beer, making its profile complete. Our American Barley Wine has been additionally frozen to increase its density and complexity, and then matured in barrels of the excellent single malt Scotch - Bowmore. This enriched the profile with clear but subtle notes of peat, smoke and mineral.
