Kamenická 10 is bottom fermented Czech type of beer brewed by traditional technology using two types of malt. Added hops are Sládek and Premiant. Typical characteristics are golden colour, pure flavour, rich taste and higher bitterness. The beer is unfiltered and unpasteurized.

Big, white, good retention. Pale gold, bit hazy colour. Aroma is malty, bready, bit caramel, floral. Light malty base, bready, bit floral, caramel, soft carbonation, very nice 10 from tap @ Krčma FUNUS in Bratislava.

Bottle, 500 ml shared with Max and Miro B. Clear golden, short lasting white head. Malty, grainy, corn, solid bitterness in finish.

From tap at U Kurelů, Zizkov, Prague, with JFE and BG 24.01.19. Translucent golden. White head and lacing. Aroma and taste of meadows, fresh grass and succade.

Tap at Permanent Beer Fest. Hazy yellow-golden body with a white head. Minerally, herbal aroma, not terribly enticing. The taste, however, is spot on, herbal hoppiness built on nice crackery maltiness, salty touches, helping drinkability. A well made, drinkable, slightly rustic Czech pils.

Bottle at Beermalade. Quite your standard traditional lage. Lightly metallic and vegetal, but otherwise med-thin body, med-high carbonation, malt in background, mostly bitter. Grassy earthy character. Good one.

Die zehngrädigen Biere, welche oftmals verdammt wässrig schmecken, werden auch immer besser. Dieses ist eines der guten. Es schmeckt zwar leichter und weniger vollmundig als die klassischen Hellen oder zwölfgrädigen Premium-Biere, aber es hat einen angenehm malzigen Geschmack, bei dem auch der Hopfen nicht zu kurz kommt.

Bottle from Pivný raj Nice pilsner gently touching herbal note but still within limits. For EPM of 10 it's quite rich. Good.

Lahev: Pale golden to golden, hazy, medium-sized cream and lacy head, distinctive spicy-hoppy nose, a bit mineralic, too, with light traces of sweet pale malt; distinctive dry bitter flavour, malty base hardly detectable, light bodied, not watery, but pretty fizzy; lingering dry spicy-hoppy finish with - again - mineralic traces. Not bad at all, just a bit too fizzy and a bit too dry...
