Springtime. A special season of transition, of motion and emotion, passing from a monochromatic snow-laden picture to one that is fresh and vibrant.
It’s only natural to feel enticed by these new landscapes, to frolic and flourish for entire
months, carelessly.
But for some lonely souls out there the story goes quite differently. Lured in by some otherworldly songs and laughter from far away, by fragrances of red and green, by blinding golden rays that warm their frigid heart, they lose track of time and space.
Later they wake up naked and betrayed, aching and burning, with short memories of delight.
She laughs.
And they keep waiting.
That’s the real Heartbreaker.

Ruby-pink pour, lots of floaties. Lime, green berries (hibiscus?), jalapeño, hops. Refreshing, fruity, medium spicy. Not bad. 3.6

330ml can. Murky reddy/pink/purple colour with a pink head. Aroma of berries, floral, zesty lime. Taste of hibiscus, berries, slightly tart and zesty lime, spicy, a bit of heat from the chillis, bitter citrus. Medium body, soft carbonation. Fun beer.

Red. Aroma is some berries lots of molasses toffee pine some beans. Taste is some sweet and much umami berries or beans with jalapeno spiciness in the finish. Cracker in the finish. Smoky. Peppers. Ok.

BOTTLE 33 CL from Berero. Clear ruby, pink head. There's some IPA in it at the beginning - ripe pink grapefruit, clearly - jalapeños with that vegetable pepper aroma, some spicy aroma-beans later on - vanilla, tonka? The taste is a similar weird mix of hops, peppers and beans, some cinnamon? Light chili heat on the palate. Not an instant pleasure, but certainly interesting and experimental.
