Aromat to wedzona sliwka. Usto to winny flanders z hintem tej sliwki. Malo ciala raczej, dosc wytrawne. Kwasnosc spora. Jak dla mnie niespecjalnie to zagralo razem, acz niewatpliwie ciekawe i unikalne

Bottle sample at a tasting at troubles' place. Thanks Stas & Max. Very dark brown to black. Wine, wood, smoky note, dark fruits, a bit of vinegar, roast, slightly sourish, coffee, medium-bodied.
