Kitten treats is our barrel aged wheat wine. Fermented in stainless for over 4 months before napping for 24 months in small format rye whiskey and bourbon barrels from FEW spirits in Evanston, Illinois. Extended aging developed chocolate praline, raisinet, toffee, rich caramel, warming spirit and dried fruit tones. Pop this bottle as a dessert pairing at your next dinner party.

Bottle thanks to Brian. Pours a dark brown with small beige head that lasts. The aroma is rye, dark fruit, bourbon, wood, licorice. Slick body, raisin, rye, wood, licorice, sweet, very good.

Piekna beczka w aromacie. A w smaku cos bardzo dziwnego, bo kwasne owocowo tak. Dziwnie. Ale slodycz tez. Faktycznie jest nieco rodzynkowokarmelowe. Dziwne. Aromat 4.3, smak 3.9?
