Dunkelbraune Farbe mit weißer Schaumkrone. Malziger, röstmalziger Geruch. Geschmacklich malzig, röstmalzig, brotig mit etwas Schokolade. Hohe Süße mit leichter Bitterkeit, voller Körper mit sanfter Kohlensäure.

Bottle, many thanks Werckmeister! Clear brown color with beige head. Aroma is black bread, a touch tart and soapy, chocolate, roast. Taste is black bread, cereals, lightly soapy, a bit tart - is this intended? Oily mouthfeel with low carbonation. Meh.

0,33l bottle at my parents place, bought from the brewery. BB 20.10.2019. almost black color, small tan head. smells earthy, coffee, bit roasty, hints of smoke, rye bread, peppery. nice smell. full body, soft carbonation. tastes earthy, bready, peppery, bit nutty, marzipan, bit milky, cocoa, some vanilla. finishes lightly dry with notes of vanilla, marzipan and some nutty notes. very nice one, very good to drink, especially after it warms up a bit.
