Dunkle, tiefe, in Stein gehauene Keller, feine Braugerste und frisches Wasser aus der Rhön. Edler Hopfen, die nötige Hingabe und Zeit. Ungefiltert und frisch, wie es sonst nur dem Braumeister vorbehalten war. Das ist unser naturbelassener Geschmack in der Flasche. Übrigens: der „Zwickl“ ist ein Schlüssel mit dem der Brauer diesen süffigen, vollmundigen Tunk direkt aus dem Tank „zwicklt“,…der fröhliche Schluck, ein echtes Rhöner Craft Beer.

Big thank you to Alex & Thorsten for this 0,5 l bottle. BB 06/2026. Cloudy darker golden in the glass with a nearly two finger white foamy head. Looks good. Soft grainy aroma, some malt in the background. Taste starts on a more caramel side, malt and grain in the second row. Pleasant moderate bitterness. Little bit above average carbonation. Not bad.

Bottle looks very simple. Beer in the glass with a small head. Starts mild, malty, dry. More and more moldy-soapy notes, but still well balanced. Herbal touch as well. Finish again well balanced. Not bad.

Ratebeer Odense Lager After Easter Tasting. Golden with a lasting white head. Malty aroma with a dusty note and a hint of diacetyl. Sweetish malty flavour with both sulphur and diacetyl and even a hint of chloride.

50cl Bottle @ Franken. Served @ Ratebeer Odense Spring Tasting, 2023. Pours clear pale golden with a small white head. Peas, dms, paperbag. Poor. Damn.

Flasche bei Bier Laden in Berlin-Kreuzberg. Klares orange-golden, fingerbreit Schaum, teilweise großporig. Aroma: Malz, Früchte, Apfel, Honig Geschmack: Mittlere bis mittelstarke Süße, Malz, Honig, Wenig Bitter.

bottle, thank you pivnizub! Hazy golden colour, tall white head. Solid malty flavours, quite intense, grassy and herbal hops round it off. Smooth on the palate. Nice one!
