This year's bottling of Glou was assembled from 10 carefully selected & balanced oak barrels of saison (aged 8-18 months) to which we added 1,000 lbs of NY Muscat pomace from Benjamin Bridge. The result is a harmonious and fun beer; candy on the eye and nose, complex and compelling on the palate.

500ml bottle. Minimally milky, redd-ish, amber colour with small, frothy, diminishing, minimally lacing, white head. Woody, vinous fruity and mildly funky, bretty aroma, notes of oak, blue grapes, some cherry, some fruity and caramel malty sweetness. Taste is mildly tart, woody, vinous fruity, minimally tangy and funky, minimally diluted notes of oak and blue grapes, a touch of cherry and raspberry, a mild bretty touch with hints of Hubba Bubba bubblegum, subtle caramel malty and fruity sweetness; lingering, sweet-and-sour finish.
Watery texture, smooth and soft, simultaneously minimally dry and astringent palate, fine, dense, mildly prickly carbonation.
Harmonious and homogeneous, mild and balanced, not overly complex - enjoyable.

Floral grapes notes up front, acidic, maybe a bit of pomegranate or hibiscus. Very watery finish

Ta dzikosc kapke w apteke wpada, chyba lepiej tego nie trzymac za dlugo. Ale tez jakies mile dzikie nitki, sianowato-skorzane. Winogronka klasa. Duza wytrawnisc. Nie przeszkadzajacy hint octu. Calosciowo bdb

Tap at Muted Horn. Clear reddish-amber color with whiteish head. Aroma is grapes, full on grapes, so fruity, mild funk and wood. Taste is woody, grapes, good balance of funk and juiciness, dry finish. Mineraly mouthfeel with sparkly carbonation. I love it!
