Slightly unclear golden with active fizz. Tight and dry, mossy, moldy, apples, apple stems, lemonrind, camamebert, minerals and tannins. Light sweet, light tart. Over medium dry. Very nice. Big thanks to my nephew for getting me this bottle!

Bottle shared thanks ks to sjogro. Bit hazy golden with small white head. Funky, lots of aromatic red apple in an almost flowery way, mineral, hay, dry woody notes, earthy funk with some wet cellar and a hint of rotten apple. Under medium sweet, light sour and bitter. Quite nice, except the hint of spoiled apples.

2018 bottle. Clear golden color with white head. Aroma is fresh raw apples, very interesting, quite the funk and leather there. Taste is leathery, both sweet & sour, tannic, mealy. Almost chalky mouthfeel with medium carbonation. Very interesting character.

Bottle from Welschland. Pours clear golden. Aroma is green apples, fermented apple, leaves, tea. Body is light and tart, with a healthy dose of sweetness and sourness where the latter wins. Bone dry palate with lingering apple and pear flavours. Well balanced, refreshing and pleasant to drink. Good!
