7/10/2023. Bottle shared at Ulfborg. Fribourg rating #10. Pours clear, bright gold with a large, foamy white head. Aroma is apple, citrus, yeast, slightly baked. Quite sweet with a tart edge. Moderate body, oily and watery, sparkling carbonation.

ABV: 3.5%. Clear medium yellow colour with a average to large, quick disappearing white head. Aroma is apple, yellow apples, red apples, apple skin. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, apple, sweet apples, apple skin, red and yellow apples, medium dry. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft to lively. [20231007]

Bottle @Ulfborg. Clear golden, small white head, sparkling. Good apple aroma, simple perhaps but somehow elegant. Sparkling mouthfeel. Sweet apple flavour, mild acidity, works really well with the carbonation.

750m wired cork bottle from Cat in the Glass. 2019 vintage. Opened with a pop and a gush. Sparkling, golden colour, big foamy white head that slowly dissipates and aroma of fruity apple, fleshy, ripe, some funk. Taste is sweet, tangy, tart, apple, core & skin, fruity, juicy, with orchardy funk, leather and some light tannin. Medium bodied, foamy carbonation, medium sweet finish. Nicely drinkable.

(Bottle, vintage 2014) Golden colour with frothy, white head. Fruity nose with notes of apples, hay, yeast, cobweb and slightly earthy, funky aromas. Fruity, slightly tart taste with apples, citrus, stone fruit, minerals, flowers and yeast. Medium body, with a certain sweetness. The mild acidity and mineral tones balance the slight sweetness really good. Refreshing and very tasty cider. Very nice.
