Vollmundig säuerlicher Beginn. Viel Himbeeren, intensiv würzig, die Säure steigt leicht an. Vollmundig, Vanille ist kaum erkennbar, erneut Himbeeren, langer intensiver Abgang. Gut! 10/9/11/11//11

Slightly hazy deep red with a short lived pink head. Bright raspberry aroma with a touch of vanilla. Dry and tart raspberry juice flavour with vanilla. Very fruit forward.

Pours a purple body with a small, pinkish head. Aroma of sour raspberry, vinegar, and straw. Tastes similar, with slight vanilla notes. Medium mouthfeel with average carbonation. Finishes sour, fruity, dry, citric, with hints of straw and raspberry.

Bottle via 100 piv friends tasting. Lots of sourness right up front, also med-light tartness in the finish. Considerably smoothened by the vanilla, compared to the plain version. Assertive raspberry, including the pits impression. Very intense, full character. Thin body, med-low carbonation. Very good, though still somewhat hard to drink.
