Deep red colour with pink fizzy head. Aroma is punchy with sweet raspberries and just a bit of stinky funk. Tastes like old style sweets with raspberry sherbet. Fruity sweet and sour.

Bottle thanks to Silke. Reddish with a fleeting head. Raspberry and balsamico aroma with a hint of soy sauce. Strong sour taste with an acidic uptick and a big dose of balsamico at the finish. Medium bodied, mild carbonation. Interesting, and still drinkable, but not very likeable. One of those beers that leaves me asking if it’s really supposed to be like this.

ABV: 6.5%. Clear dark red colour with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, berries - raspberry, barnyard, leather, wood, vanilla. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light to moderate acidic with a long duration, sour, berries, vanilla, barnyard, tart, funky, raspberry, vanilla, dry. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20210922]
