Tap at Cafe Gijs. Cloudy red amber, offwhite head. Funky peach, strawberry, raspberry, medium light, chewy soft fruut gum palate, nicely balanced, fruity tart notes, a bit salt, soft rhubarb finish. Very pleasant.

Аромат сразу просто бомбический и очень уникальный. Какие то ягоды, типа крыжовника смешанные с белой и красной смородиной, немного сладости от специй каких то легких, кислота от лимона и как будто юзу, намеки на цитрусов. Цвет темно желтый, пенка липкая, средняя. Вкус очень питкий и такой же приятный как запах. Снова ягоды, в основе юзу и крыжовник, немного белой смородины. В названии какой то ревень, я не знаю что это то ноты овощные он дает. Послевкусие с весьма сильной кислотой, она медленно убывает, но остаётся немного на языке. Какие то лимонные нотки снова. В общем очень круто и питко при этом. Неожиданно.

Bottle at home in the garden, 30th July 24. Pours a darkish red brown. Aromas of tart fruits,,rhubarb, funk, musty. Taste is so intense, tart, rhubarb, fruit, funky, musty and complex - loved it

--Sample, thanks oh6gdx! -- Clear reddish amber, minimal head. Oaky citric tartness meet rhubarb. Citric with light to medium body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Citric cid, oak and rhubarb. Low bitterness.

ABV: 8.0%. Clear light to medium amber colour with a small to average, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, baking yeast, rhubarb. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, baking yeast, caramel - sweet malt, rhubarb, dry, vinegar touch. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. [20230302]

Bottled (from Alko Web). Hazy deep golden colour, small white foamy head. Aroma is rhubarb, some sour wood and mild herbal tones. Flavour is floral, rhubarb, some sourness and mild herbs. Somewhat dry palate.
