This "liquid brownie batter" was aged in a combination of bourbon barrels and finishes out at a mighty 14.17% ABV. Each barrel saw multiple additions of Madagascar vanilla beans, ultimately aging the finished batch of beer with hundreds of pounds over the course of a year.

Thick and oily, a bit boozy, chocolate, cocoa powder and vanilla, pretty smooth, nicely sweet. Excellent.

Lci, finally get to try it! Not much of the fruity vanilla notes I was worried about. Really nice vanilla bomb still.
