Can coming from Amstein, St-Légier, tasting it yesterday, at night, with my wife. Enjoyable and really smooth stout, a bit sour, fruity, red grapes note, smooth malt and others cereals, average bitterness, alcool well hidden, creamy texture, 04.07.24, at Epalinges.

The third one of 22 beers for our 12th wedding anniversary. Išmar's.
Can 0.44l, four and half years aged. Clear, dark red to black colored. AROMA- roasted, ash, dark chocolate, sour cherry, prunes. FLAVOR- smooth, lightly sweet, moderately sour, lightly bitter, sour cherry, red wine, a bit earthy, touch of ash, cherry, plum. Medium to fuller bodied.
Not great, I'm afraid. Our Raven can such stuff with every their stout, just let them half year aging...

Can shared at Csakajó. Black pour, beige head. Nose is sweet malts, lactose, milk chocolate, some reg grapes and extremely moderate funk. Taste is sweet, lactosey and chocolatey, classic milk stout character with faint hints of red grapes, berries, funk and spicy wood. Closes with a sweetish, barely funky and fruity finish, has amedium to full, creamy body and soft carbonation. I was looking forward to this beer a lot cause the concept sounded extremely interesting but the execution wasnt quite there unfortunately: the wild character and the barrel aging were almost nowhere to be found.

clear dark brown colour, moderate sized beige head; aroma and taste of dried sour cherry, dark chocolate and some prune notes, quite good one

0.44l can thanks to Lore. Black body with a thin light brown head. Aroma and taste of plums, chocolate, sour cherries, caramel, salt anf raisins. Not so much of a milk stout but still very nice.

Can at BBT september 2021. Med-thin body, also med-low carbonation. Medium alcohol, feels kinda boozy. Med-light cherry sherry. Rather light maltiness, I would expect more. Moderately candyish, sugary. Not great not terrible. Feels quite empty.

Black color with medium beige head. Wild tones overtake, rioja recognizable, stout and lactose in the backseat. Excellent sipper.

Can at BBT 09/2021. Malty roasty and light wild acidic aroma and taste, red wine, ligt to medium sour and bitter. Medium to full body, malty chocolate sour and bitter finish. Good.

Can Rioja BA. coz za extrem chyba to w moim przypadku spotkane piwo starzone w beczce i rozlane do puszek. to tak jakby zulowi nalac barolo lub barbaresco w krysztalowym kieliszku. coz Zwolen i zwolenka maja swoje prawa. zaskoczyli opakowaniem prawie tak mocno jak aromat i smak tego piwa. moi przyjaciele jest faktycznie ciemno. od ciemnych czerwonych owocow rozgniatanych spoconymi stopami, jest bretowo i funkowo przez to kwaskowo, wytrawnie, dziko, dziczyznie mozna by rzec. a sweet stout i w opisie na etykiecie puszki to tak jakby w salonie fryzjerskim napisac ze Telly Savalas zrobil sobie u nas trwala ondulacje albo ze osoba bez rak i nog zrobila manicure i pedicure. wiec opis i klasyfikacja tego wybitnego piwa jest smieszniejsze niz najlepsze tomy komiksow o koziolu matolku. prawie jak flanders, tylko piana niewielka. tyle jeszcze dodam.

Can. Pitch black. Tiny beige head, nonlasting. Soury vinous nose, gentle. Sweeter start, creamy. Milder vinous sourness. A bit tart in the finish. Later on some creamy and berry sweetness. Medium body, silky. A bit funny combination. Not the best one, but still nice.
