STHLM PILS is a crisp single-hop session pilsner. We used the NZ hop Motueka for this recipe as it gives loads of refreshing citrus notes. It's commonly used on the other side of the globe in NZ-style lagers. A good bitter backbone gives a lingering aftertaste and a nice long finish to the beer. This is going to be one of our favourites come summer! Remember, all beers are not meant to be made equal and this one should be rated as a beer in its class, rather than compared to that dank New England IPA you just drank! ;-)

Can from Systembolaget. A bit hazy golden with a medium white head. Aroma of grass, bread, herbs and notes of fruit. The same in the taste. Soft and easy to drink.
