Sampled draft @ The Alehouse. Apple juice golden. Soapy head. Nose is weird soap & cider blend. Taste is chemical bitter weird apple juice, chemical, fizzy, messy. Strange, didn’t come together.

On tap at Luppolo Station in Rome. Golden/yellow hazy bright pour, medium-low white foam. Nose: grapefruit and spices, grass. Mouth: starts sweet fruity and goes tart spices.

On tap @Luppolo Station (Rome). Dorata limpida, schiuma bianca media, non molto persistente. Al naso sentori vinosi, di uva bianca, fiori, una nota minerale, citrica-acidula (limone). In bocca è una carezza, attacco leggermente dolciastro con finale acidulo, leggero carattere vinoso. Corpo medio, carbonazione media. Molto interessante e ben fatta!

Tap at Solothurner Biertage. Pours clear golden. Aroma is phenols, candy, minerals. Body is medium, strongly bitter and not much else. Sweetish, with a gentle but very present carbonation. Too bitter, kills everything else. Okay.

Tap at the Alehouse. Hazy golden color with white head. Aroma is dough, fresh yeast, quite tangy. Taste is peppery, dough, bitter grassy finish. Silky mouthfeel with medium carbonation. Doesn't work out great.
