Brakspear Oxford Gold is a remarkably zesty brew, with fresh, citrussy aromas and a firm, fruity flavour. Pale ale malts provide the beer with its gold-gilt shimmer, spruced by a hatful of crystal malts to give body, texture and a delicate honey’d wrap.
Organic Target hops deliver a shamelessly fresh perfume, whilst late hopping with organic Goldings and fermentation by our Brakspear yeasts give Brakspear Oxford Gold a fabulous, fruity finish.

Hand=pulled half pints in different pubs during a North Shropshire Pub Crawl on 28 Sep 2013. Gold, leaning towards orange in colour, pure white crown on top. Citrus and honey notes in the aroma and taste: an interesting blend of flavours marry together and produce a very easy to drink beer with enough character to please most beer lovers. Nothing is too strong or overpowering, the blend just works without anything taking the lead to much.
