Tradition of pale ale. Aroma: Hints of pine and a burst of citrus fruit. Taste: A clean character of sweet malt balanced with hop bitterness and finished with lots of late hop additions for a fresh, citrusy punch.

Bottle from the Vineyard, Belfast. Appearance - golden to amber. Nicely proportioned head. Nose - orange and burnt biscuit. Taste - brown bread, orange again. Biscuit finish. Palate - crunchy in texture. Light to medium bodied. Dry, balanced bitterness on the finish. Overall - decent example of the style.
