Tradition of pale ale. Aroma: Hints of pine and a burst of citrus fruit. Taste: A clean character of sweet malt balanced with hop bitterness and finished with lots of late hop additions for a fresh, citrusy punch.

Can at Candid, Stafford – shared with Black Haddock. Pours a cloudy golden orange with minimal white head. Aroma of marmalade with malty undertones. Marmalade again in the mouth mixed with tangerine and pine. Some sublte hoppy hints as well, leading to a slightly dry finish. This is pretty decent.
