I have tasted this beer at the draft at Cylure Binchroom, Lausanne with Yoann yesterday. A lager with a hint of American bitterness, light body, watery, dry malt, smooth and mineral, light pale ale bitterness or an impression like that, a bit fruity.

(Keg at Barbershop 2.0, 20190916) The beer poured golden and clear. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had grass, grain and lightly malts. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were grass, grain, malts, lightly sweetness and bit too mild bitterness. Aftertaste was malty, grassy and bitter. A nice brew with grassy and grainy notes. Cloudy dark blond color with generous head. Dry beer with a strong cereal character, crackers, strong bitterness, a bit grassy and vegetable in the final.
