Bottle picked up from BierLaden, Berlin and consumed at home after Beer School with Nat, Tuesday 17th August 2021, we had homemade Swedish Meatballs for tea. Pours black beer with a beige head. Malty nose, touches of vanilla and barrel ageing noted. Thick in the mouth, amazing to think that this is 14%. Bitter and roasty, whisky definitely showing now This is a very good beer.

Intense alcoholic nose. The beer starts mild fruity. Easy to drink, soft alcoholic, slightly grainy with a warming caramelly bitterness. Rye whisky there, grain with an intense thick burned tar finish. Nice.
