Bottled. A black beer with a yellowish head. The aroma has notes roasted malt, caramel, whiskey, and soy sauce. The flavor is sweet with notes roasted malt, alcohol, whikey, soy sauce, and a bit of chocolate, leading to a dry finish.

Bottle picked up from BierLaden, Berlin and consumed at home after Beer School with Nat, Tuesday 17th August 2021, we had homemade Swedish Meatballs for tea. Pours black beer with a beige head. Malty nose, touches of vanilla and barrel ageing noted. Thick in the mouth, amazing to think that this is 14%. Bitter and roasty, whisky definitely showing now This is a very good beer.

Intense alcoholic nose. The beer starts mild fruity. Easy to drink, soft alcoholic, slightly grainy with a warming caramelly bitterness. Rye whisky there, grain with an intense thick burned tar finish. Nice.
