Bottiglia. Il gusto al naso viene attratto dall'orzo. La finezza olfattiva è normale e il modo in cui permane è sufficiente. Il manto birroso superiore è caratterizzato da una schiuma resiste abbastanza. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido è di consistenza limpida. Il colore è giallo dorato. Il corpo è rotondo. L'amaro è nella media. La forza gustativa è normale e si prolunga in modo sufficiente. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di pronta beva. Il retrogusto è di media intensità. L'aroma in bocca ha un gusto prevalente di malto, e poi miele, biscotto, frutta secca, un accenno di resinoso, erbaceo e agrumi.

clear pale yellow colour, large, though quickly collapsing white head; aroma of grainy, grassy, slight citrusy and minimal wet cardboard notes; taste of grainy-bread crusty, minimal sourish and metallic bittery notes; not that bad

Auf der Zunge sanft, am Gaumen etwas eintönig. Sehr erfrischend, ein gutes Sommerbier.

bottiglia 33 cl, schiuma bianca fine evanescente, colore giallo smorto limpido, al naso cerali note erbacee, in bocca leggero malto cereali citrica e si sentono bene i luppoli, corpo leggero, carbonazione moderata, amaro moderato. (bottle, 33cl) Clear, pale golden colour with a blond and fluffy foam. Slightly grainy malty aroma with mineralic accents and a mildly flowery and delicately spicy hoppy background. Mildly bitter flavour, light bodied with a moderate carbonation. Clean pale malt character with cautious grainy spots, minerals and a delicately spicy hoppy touch from behind; dry and mildly hop bitter finish. Likeable Helles. 12.IX.18

Bouteille: Clear, light Golden, visible carbonation, small white foamy layer, dryish grainy-bitter nose, lost traces of nearly floral (perfumed) hops underneath, accompanied by a very delicate papery touch; light bodied, both tart and soft, moderate dryish bitter-sweet flavour; dry and lingering bitter-herbal finish with late traces of sweet malt in the aftertaste. Very good, unfortunately only by poor Swiss standards...
