Bottle coming from the coop Gliserallee, at Brig. Opening it at home on wednesday, after the birthday of my son. A well brewed ipa with a delightful touchnof rye giving some smoothness, malty and bready, touch of plum, fruity, bitter and citrus, 11.12.21

Appearance: Medium to dark brown, some haze. Small, light tan head. Aroma: Pale malt, good amount of rye. Some hops. Taste: Light malts, some hops. Quite a bit of rye. Warming. Bought: Wintibier, 330 ml, CHF 3.20 Info: 31/7-2021, BB: 31/10-2021
