soggy sort of malty, faint nutty, buttery aroma. not much gourmet about this, from my first impressions. There is, however, a fainter complexity that reminds me of more exotic spicing, not sure I can pinpoint it, perhaps truffle. earthy note. that's cool, especially if intended. Flavor is malty, slightly yellow fruity (not stingy citrussy, more like oranges), faint woody notes. If the intention was to brew a beer that is not that much in the way of certain kinds of foods, then this is a good beer, the flavors balance well and the wood adds a damper to anything that might stick out. I can imagine the beer going well with certain kinds of food, perhaps potatoes, stake, greeneries and bernnaise sauce.

330ml. bottle. @home, 04/02/2021 [#3.760 Global - #664 Spain - #4 Gastro] Clear golden colour with a minimal white head. Aroma is corn, sweet malts and yeast. Taste is soft bready and malty leading to a medium sweet finish. Next one please!
