Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 5 | Overall - 7
Ginger, lemon, kombucha, malt, and straw aroma. Hazy pale yellow with explosive but short lasting white head. Lightly sweet ginger, lemon, light biscuit malt, mildly sour lactic acid, and very lightly bitter straw flavor. Light body. A interesting combo - have to say I like this better than the typical Radler.
