440ml can from Honest Brew. Pours black, small beige head which dissipates quickly to a thin top. Aroma of sweet and roasted malts, chocolate and toffee. Taste is sweet and roasted malts, notes of bitter coffee, chocolate, some sweet toffee malty tang at the end. Medium bodied, oily, dry, low carbonation. Nice

440ml can from the brewery. Poured almost black in colour with a short-lived, fizzy tan head. The aroma is roasty malt, molasses, dark chocolate. The flavour is moderate sour. Infected and undrinkable. Went straight down the drain.

Near-black beer, thin brown head soon fizzles out. Smells sweet, a little tangy front and it's sharp up front as well, almost sour though it soon mellows into toasty malt and dark chocolate with a little caramel. Interesting mix, solid and smooth.
