Bottle from Hoptimism. Opaque golden colour with a thin disappearing head. Aroma oaky and yeasty, over ripe fruit and boozy. Taste light tart and dry. Fairly flat carbonation and a medium body.

Bottle from Hoptimism. Appearance - hazy amber with a slightly off-white head. Nose - wood, sherry, citrus, general funk. Taste - sherry again, tangy sherry vinegar. Woody backdrop. Palate - dry, light to medium bodied. Persistent finish. Overall - it's well made, but it lacks high notes of interest.
