Funky wit beer brewed with coriander and tangerine peel, fermented with native yeast mixed cultures. Liberal doses of grungiest hops lends a peach note and helps keep acidity in check. Floral funk notes on the nose, with slight hints of blueberry pie, white grape juice, subtle acidity and a pillowy soft mouthfeel.

8.5oz bottle thanks to Ryan. Superior Wit. This is quite phenonenal. Not unlike Jolly Pumpkin, mild sour tones, but even better balance. The tangerine tone throws it over the top. Really excellent beer.

Bottle from Livonia Liquor. Pours a hazy, glowing pale straw with a full finger of white foam. Funky witbier. Very Belgian. Good barnyard/horseblanket notes alongside grain, coriander and orange zest flavors.

Sampled from the tap at GTMW 2019. Pours a near clear dull gold with a white head that dissipates slowly to the edges. Aroma has dry wheat and hay with a bit of lime and light tart fruits backing. Flavor has dry wheat, Belgian yeast, light citrus and a bit of coriander.
