Der Frühlingsbock wurde weitestgehend auf dem Winterbock-Rezept aufgebaut. Das Besondere an diesem Saison-Bock ist der wunderbar aromatische „Relax“ – Hopfen der diesem Gebräu Aromen nach Kornblumen und Almwiesen bis zu Hibiskus und mehr verleiht. Ein echter Frühlings(bote)bock eben.

0,3l from tap shared by a friend. Amber hazy colour, small white head. smells grassy, citric, tobacco, bit doughy. decent smell. Full body, soft carbonation, slick mouthfeel. tastes of ripe fruits, bit doughy, caramel, some sweetness, light tobacco. finishes lightly bitter with notes of caramel, dough and ripe fruits. nice one, a bit on the sweet side, lacks a bit complexity.
