Building on our repertoire of wild stouts we have combined our love of locally foraged fruits with our penchant for sweet dark beers. The combination of fruit and chocolate is always amazing and what better way to combat the cold nights of the changing seasons than with a rich warming stout?

Keg at Casc. It pours opaque jet black with a medium tan head. The aroma is rich roasted malt, creamy, chocolate, tangy raspberry, cranachan and gateaux. The taste is smooth, tangy, juicy, fresh raspberry, tart, tangy, dark roasted malt, charred wood, umami, cacao nibs, dark chocolate torte, cranachan, raspberry ripple and espresso with a tangy berry finish. Medium - Full body and high, foamy carbonation. Really nice balance to it. Dangerously drinkable.

Keg at the hanging bat 130917... Dark black.. Thin tan lacing.. Soft sweet raspberry.. Deep fruit nose.. Dark heavy sweet chocolate roast malts.. Big sweet chocolate raspberry.. Soft tart fruits... Juicy chocolate.. Big soft raspberry... Heavy chocolate roast... Ok. Warmed up... Big soft chocolate sweet raspberry chocolate.. Would like a little richer.. But still lovley.. Keg at the hanging bat 270917... Dark black. M thin tan lacing... Massive rich cherry roast malts nose... Dark sweet chocolate.. Big raspberry... Rich fruits.. But still think a little thin
