It's back!! We are bringing back the overwhelming fan-favourite IPA #5 for the latest installment in our IPA Series. This DIPA is made with massive amounts of Simcoe and Citra hops, which are bursting with notes of bright grapefruit citrus, juicy tropical mango and passionfruit, with pleasantly dank, piney undertones.

Can to tulip.
Appearance: rustic yellow hazy to burnt orange color with a two finger white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: lots of mango to grapefruity to piney and sweet grassy hoppiness; mild clean biscuity malts
Flavor: melds the prior noted aromas together fairly bright and bittersweet with a mellow aftertaste of grapefruit, pine and mango
Texture: medium bodied, good sipper; mellow semi-soft feel on the tongue; finishes semi-soft with a dry grapefruity to piney hop vibe
Overall: nicely done DIPA I would come back to.

Can from the LCBO.
Murky yellow pour, with a big white head. Aroma is huge amounts of sticky citrus oils, and some tropical fruit. Heavy citrus, and a sticky mouth feel, with some nice lacing, and a soft carb. The finish is medium bitter, with some hints of pine, with more copious amounts of huge citrus, and tropical fruit. As it warms the alcohol comes through a bit, and adds another layer of complexity. This is a one trick pony, but it hits hard in the hop category.

Can from Tavour as IPA No. 15. Pours lightly hazy gold with a large creamy/foamy white head. Nose has lots of orange with mixed tropicals. Creamy/medium body. Flavor is orange/earth/ green melon, light/pale malt support. Very smooth in the mouth. Harsh isn't in it. More than moderately bitter tho. Overall it's great ale.
