Bottle. Creamy, wheat and spelt nose, estery. Slightly hazy, deep gold, with a low, thick head. Creamy, whaety flavor with malty grains and spelt, a bit of diacetyl, then big spelt. Creamy and grainy. An interesting interpretation using home-grown and local grains. Likeable, if not very authentic.

Nice stuff. As you’d expect. Maybe a touch sweeter than some. Quite authentic I reckon. More old style than new
