Lots of grapes here and some vanilla. This has a strange aroma of some candy I had as a kid and can't place. Golden pour with good head and lacing. Tart finish. Tap at brewery.

Part of a sour beer tasting and K&L Wines in Redwood City. What a great lineup for the night of eight legendary sours. Scores were recorded during the tasting but not detailed notes.

Clear golden colour with lasting head. Aroma is a little short of the usual Cascade tangy sharpness. This one is extremely floral though. Dandelions. Gale. Herbal tea. Not much grapiness.

On tap @ Ghetto Something. Aroma of flavor-aid, spices, barnyard and white wine. Pours clear golden with large soapy white head and soft visible carbonation. Taste starts with citrus, aniseed and elderflower, following is woody, vinous and funky with smooth mouthfeel. Medium body, oily texture and average carbonation in palate. Almost a medicine with such healthy ingredients...

375 c&c from Hi-Time. Pours bright coppery gold with a slight, transient white head. Aroma of zest and floral. Med body. Flavor has oak, elderberry, white grapes and zest which seems lemon. Seems to have a touch of wheat. Not mouthrending sour. Dry. Zest and sour substitute for bitter. Nice drink.

(Draught at Mother Kelly's, Bethnal Green, London, 22 Nov 2019) Golden colour, slightly hazy, with brief white head. Fruity, sourish nose with notes of oak wood, white wine, unripe grapes, lemon and elderflower. Fruity, tart, floral taste with oak wood, peaches, lemon, grapes, elderflower and a dry finish with hardly any bitterness. Almost full body, dry. Fresh, fruity, complex and quite tart. Very nice.
