Tap at the brewpub. Pours dark gold lightly tinged with copper. Aroma of lightly toasted malt with some floral/fruit. Med + body. Very smooth. Flavor suggests white berry and floral. Earthy and a bit oaky. Moves towards dry in the finish. Not bitter for me, but the flavors sort of satisfy my need for that. It's great stuff.

Draft at the brewpub. Aroma has soft wheat, white wine, yeast and apple. Taste has soft white grape, green apple, malt, yeast and mild funk. Interesting and quite nice.
