Bottle online from Raynville Superstore. Pours a clear light golden colour with a medium sized fluffy white head. Aromas of grains, hay, straw, white bread and a touch of lemon sherbet. Taste has the same notes with added hints of floral and herbal. Tiniest hop on the finish. Thinnish body with fair carbonation. Refreshing beer.

Tap. Clear gold. Bitter grassy gooseberry. Tastes a bit flat. Front is nice and hoppy, but gets lost too early, and leaves a sticky earthen aftertaste.

Good white head over clear golden beer. Very malty nose, honeyish grains, corn, and just a bit of "herb". Again sweetish malty, honeyish notes, summergrain, whilst the finish is much drier with hopnotes. Slick, light carbonation, long lasting soft bitterish aftertaste. Classic, and better than the sum of its parts. Txs to Stef!

Weißenoher Klosterbrauerei Glocken Hell, Flasche von Getränke Hoffmann, Berlin. - Goldgelb, blank. (9.1.2022.)

Optisch Gold, leichte Perlung, Kaum Schaum. In der Nase Getreide, frisch. Im Trunk recht schwach, leicht süß, mittig ein Anflug von Bittere, okay. Neubewertung Juni 22: Schön getreidig, Haferflocken, crispy, sehr lecker.

Tight white head left a cover on a straw coloured body. Grain & cereal aroma. Medium bodied, smooth & nicely carbonated on the back. Malt, fruity, bready & stone fruit tastes with a sweet finish. Drinkable

Bottle at home in Hackney - picked up from HOTM. Pours totally clear yellow with a small, creamy white head. Just lightly sweet, come dry cereal, straw, a subtle citric note, biscuits, white bread, a nip of paper. Light bodied with fine to average carbonation. Fairly clean finish, more cereal, mildly bitter hay. Drinks alright overall.

Bottle from HoTM. It pours clear yellow - gold with a dissipating white head. The aroma is soft, sweetish, doughy white bread, cereal, apple skin and bread & butter pudding. The taste is crisp, dry, grass upfront, bitter - sweet, doughy white bread, custard creams, bread & butter pudding, dull orchard fruits, straw and just a touch of spice with a sweetish finish. Average body and fine, prickly carbonation. Not bad.

Good crisp pilsner showcase. Perhaps a bit age/heat damaged being 5 months old at the end of summer. Graeff Hamburg
