50 cl bottle. Clear golden color with a frothy white head. Classic helles flavor with lots of fresh malt, cereals, biscuit, bread. Hints of dough, hay, light grass, thin noble hops. Almost no bitterness, just a bit of sourness to balance. Decent body, smooth texture. Average carbonation, lagery finish, clean, dry.

Bottle. Clear pale golden color with white head. Aroma is cereals, light noble hops, clean. Taste is cereals, again light noble hops, not too intense in any direction. Silky mouthfeel with fine-bubbled, but high carbonation. Fun and clean, but nothing special.

Pours a clear golden with an average sized, rough white head that settles quite quickly to a thin lace. Aroma shows hay, a hint of honey sweetness and a herbal/grassy whiff. Overall a typical per style and clean aroma, though a bit too weak. Taste is a little brighter. Grainy/crackery malts, a touch of honey sweetness, slight citric/lemonish notes and a delicate grassy, slightly bitter finish. Low to medium sweetness and bitterness in an overall balanced feel. Light to medium bodied with average carbonation, goes down easy but feels a little too burpy. Overall a classic, clean helles, though not by any mean an impressive one.

500ml bottle; BB 24th Feb 19. Drank in my garden on 1st Oct 18. This was bottle number six out of seven during a mini German tasting with my wife, all the bottles coming home with us from a German road trip. this was the least popular of them all (for both of us). Looked fine, clear and clean golden body, snow white head (faded quickly though). Slightly more malty than hoppy, but not a lot going on aroma or taste wise. Liked the front label, but after that it went down hill somewhat.
