Una birra di altissima qualità, nata dalla più antica tradizione brassicola messinese. Puro malto, colore biondo e una schiuma compatta. Gusto bilanciatoe leggermente aromatico, eccellente all’olfatto e al palato. Una birra dall’animo nobile che, come un “Ponte sullo Stretto”, sarà in grado di unire tutti in ogni occasione.

Medium white head over clear golden beer. Grassy nose, pale malts, ever so faint hint @ pickles. Dry malts with a faint, reduced sweetness, yet lots of maltfeatures, quite like breakfast cereals. Grassy again. Medium bodied, feels much better carbonated than it looks. Bit slick. Very malty Pilsner, certainly not bad for an international lager. Purchased from Dell'Oro, Wommelgem. Txs to Merel!

33cl bottle, 5.0%. Opalescent golden color, rocky white head. Lagery flavor of dough and wet malts. Flavor malty and yeasty, some muddiness, some floral tones. Flattish taste, some sourness, unclean finish, sticky.

Bottle. Clear golden, solid white head, ok lasting. Grassy with some corn notes, slightly smelly and a bit spicy. Milder bitterness, medium sweet. Spicy finish. Medium aftertaste, herbal and spicy. Ok, but nothing special.

330ml bottle. 5.0% ABV. (As Birra dello Stretto Premium Lager Puro Malto). Pours a clear pale gold with a medium, foamy, long lasting, white head that laces. Faint aroma of grainy malt and herbal hops. Sweet flavour of grainy caramel malt and floral hops in a dry, mild bitter finish. Light body with a watery texture and average carbonation. Clean, easy drinking and boring. Meh.
