Gusto bilanciatoe leggermente aromatico, eccellente all’olfatto e al palato. Una birra dall’animo nobile che, come un “Ponte sullo Stretto”, sarà in grado di unire tutti in ogni occasione.

Bottled 330ml. -from Conad Sistiana as Birra dello Stretto Premium Lager Puro Malto with 5.0%ABV. Pale golden coloured, medium sized white head, light grainy nose. Sweetish Malty, grainy, light hay and some herbal touch with short bitterish finish.

Taste starts light to medium sweet grainy and slightly citrusy, following is grassy, mouthfeel is dry, while finish is average bitter. Clear golden color with low white hrad. Aroma: corn syrup, caramel, bit of a metalic and grassy notes. Taste: sweetish, corn, metal, malt and bread with straw. Light to medium bodied, soft tobmoderate carbonation, light bitterness. Quite generic macro.

(Bottle) Pours clear gold with tiny white head. Unappealing aroma of damp cardboard with grassy hints. Light body with bright carbonation. Taste is not pleasant. There’s a harsh metallic bitterness from start to finish. Behind this there is a little sugary sweetness and some balancing tartness. Unpleasant.
