Pumkin Ale appeared for the first time in the US, all brewers were inspired by the variety of pumpkin dished available during the pumpkin season. As a main ingredient to prepare this beer we have used caramelized pumpkin and a combination of special caramel malt to offer the beer a sweet caramel taste. To make the beer more interesting we have also added a mix of spices like clove, cinnamon and nutmeg.

Bottle at home, amber beer, small head. Aroma is pumpkin, spices, malt, caramel, sweet. Taste is the same, spiced pumpkin, sweet, nice.

Almost clear amber-red, creamy beige head. The aroma the regular cinnamon / ginger mix with a touch caramelized pumpkin puree, almost no straightforward crystal sugars as in earlier batches. The taste starts sweeter that you would expect, tough the spices and some winy tannins soon kick in keeping the balance right.
